Neo Car Audio Inc., its partners or affiliates shall not be liable for any consequential, incidental and contingent damages arising from, but not limited to, the sale, transportation, installation, use or repair of its products. Notwithstanding any other provision of this agreement, Neo Car Audio Inc.'s maximum combined liability shall be limited to the payments made by the facilitator under this agreement for the specific product that caused the alleged damages.
All products by Neo Car Audio Inc, is sold under the presumption that the purchaser will use it in accordance with applicable federal and any state laws in a manner that is safe and shall discontinue its use as conditions warrant. Equipment shall never be installed or used in a manner where it may interfere with safety or safety equipment. Driving is dangerous and requires full concentration, be careful and attentive on the road. The driver of a motor vehicle should not operate any Neo Adapter's or products while driving. Stop operation of the Neo Adapter by your passenger if you find their use disruptive or distracting while driving. Do not allow this adapter to distract you from driving and responding to traffic conditions. Do not install any, cables, cradles, mounts or other components sold or offered by Neo Car Audio in the path of the airbag system! Parts of the adapter or its accessories can be broken with proper force, or disassembled, and components can become loose from vibration or heat. Small components and packaging materials may become choking hazard when handled by children! It is illegal in all 50 states and in most Canadian provinces to have real time video in view of the driver. Real time video includes TV, VHS, DVD, video, etc. Any use of real time video other than a reverse cam is intended for off-road, parked or show car use. Neo will NOT put our dealers in a position of liability, nor our customers in danger in the event of an accident due to driver distraction. Any alterations to our product to disable or eliminate safety precautions we have put in place immediately void the warranty and are no longer supported by Neo. By purchasing this device, you agree to not hold Neo Car Audio responsible for accidents, tickets, or other damages due to your misuse of the product. It is your responsibility to provide this disclaimer to any party that may purchase our interface from you. Please adhere to all state and federal laws when using our devices. If you do not intend to comply with the applicable laws, do not buy our products.

Our prices are in US dollars, all payments must be made in US dollars.

Are you shipping to a P.O. box? We can not ship to P.O. boxes using UPS, call us to arrange for special shipping. State taxes will not be charged to any order shipped outside the state of CA to a US address. Double check that your shipping address was entered correctly. Shipments returned to us due to the wrong address given will be recharged for shipping and original shipping charges will NOT be refunded.
All payments are made in USD. Foreign currency equivalent is determined by your creditor or bank, and may include surcharges. Shipping charges and any special handling charges will be added to the total. All duties and taxes applicable on the purchase are the responsibility of the customer. You shall keep a proof of your payment of duties and taxes and provide us with a copy when requested. You hereby grant the right to Neo Car Audio Inc. to charge any unpaid duties and taxes presented to us by the shipper, including a $25 processing fee on your behalf. The prices of Neo Car Audio product do not include import tax that may vary from country to country, VAT or sales tax nor customs clearance. Import customs tax and duty may apply. Check with your local UPS or your countries post office for your tax rules. Customer Billing and Shipping information must be the same on all International order. Orders with different 'Bill to' and 'Ship to' will not be processed. If you have any questions about International shipping please call: + 1 619 704 0690. We ship to places including CA, USA, Canada, Europe, Asia and all of Latin America incl. Mexico.
All of our products are FCC and CE approved and are suitable for use within North America, Europe, Asia and Latin America.
For your protection, carriers require signature upon delivery. Neo Car Audio Inc. is not responsible for loss of merchandise if a signature waiver is on file or if packages are left unattended on delivery.
Inspect your parcel carefully. If you receive an item damaged, notify the delivery company immediately (for UPS call 1-800-PICK-UPS). Do not discard any of the box, shipping label, packing material, or broken items. The delivery company must pickup the damaged goods and provide you with a claim number. You may provide us the claim number so we can follow up on the claim status this may take up to several weeks. Important: We are unable to send out replacement items until the claim is approved, or a payment is made for the 2nd shipment. We will issue a refund to your account promptly upon receiving reimbursement from the shipper.
The website and/or sales people may not have up to the minute inventory info. If an order is placed and it is Out-Of-Stock, the backorder will be shipped when the item becomes available. Neo Car Audio Inc. may require prepayment on specific items.
Special Product Orders:
Order must be paid prior to delivery and/or creation. Balance is due in advance and paid in full in USD. All special orders are non-refundable regardless of circumstance.
Neo Car Audio Inc. recommends that all of our products be installed by a professional. If you decide to install it yourself, you do so at your own risk and responsibility. Products that are returned due to the inability to install it yourself will incur an automatic restocking fee. If you are unable to install it, you MUST have a professional do it. Neo Car Audio Inc, its partners, affiliates; resellers or distributors cannot sell products with the 100% guarantee that it is installable by a customer. Our products have many different levels of installation difficulty and you should always yield to a professional if you are not comfortable after attempting an install. It is the customer's responsibility to select a reputable installer with current liability insurance so as to cover any damage that may arise through installation of Neo Car Audio Inc.'s audio/video products and/or to your vehicle. Neo Car Audio Inc.'s listing and any recommendation of a store, installer or facility shall not constitute as a ground for any liability.
Product Quality Guarantee vs Radio Compatible Guarantee:
Neo Car Audio prides itself on quality. In the event the adapter you purchased is not working properly (track control, audio, charging, etc), we guarantee to resolve it and replace it with a properly working unit or to offer you a your money back. Our guarantee on our adapter working with your car extends ONLY to the Neo Product. Neo Car Audio, nor any of its employees cannot guarantee a vehicle or vehicle's electronic components to be compatible with any of its products due to the large variation in OEM and aftermarket systems. This is because there are tens of thousands of different radios, identical car years with different radios in each, and older radios used in newer cars, etc. Some models come with different trim levels of radios, which may not have previously been seen before by Neo. Neo Car Audio strives to be as accurate as possible in regard to compatibility with your vehicle. Compatibility is determined by testing radios from the specific year, make and model. We go to great lengths to find all possible versions of radios available for every specific car but in no way can we cover every single radio. We operate with a compatibility guide that is based on the "most common radio"? found in the vehicle. Because of the irregularity in radios used by manufacturers, we can not be responsible for time, labor or installation charges incurred by you that result in the adapter not working in your car. This includes but not limited to: No plug on the back, the incorrect plug (older or newer versions), or the radio not wanting to recognize that the adapter is connected, etc. We can guarantee that the adapter we send will be of the highest quality or we will replace it if it's bad.
Neo Car Audio cannot be held responsible for damages or problems that arise from discrepancies or inconsistencies that may occur due to vehicle manufacturing changes, software issues, etc. If after installing our product, your radio is affected in some way, please notify us and we will process an RMA so the adapter can be sent back for testing. Neo Car Audio will handle all of the inspections and testing of the bad adapter?. If it is determined that a Neo part was faulty and caused harm to your radio, we will cover the replacement. No repairs or replacements will be issued until Neo has inspected the item. If it is determined that the Neo adapter was not the cause of the affect to your radio, Neo Car Audio cannot be held responsible, and the result would be purely coincidental.

Important: You must register your product under the SUPPORT section of neocaraudio.com prior to calling technical support. Neo Car Audio Inc. highly recommends professional installation by a qualified automotive electrician or technician. Please review support documentation in our support section prior to calling us.
Neo Car Audio Inc. agrees to provide all reasonable methods to resolve any disputes or discrepancies, and you agree to contact us via our Customer Care toll-free number within 48 hours of any dispute. You also acknowledge and agree that you as the Authorized User or the Cardholder will not initiate any chargeback or claim procedure with our Merchant Bank or your creditor without obtaining a special confirmation number from us to verify that you provided us with the opportunity to resolve the claim or dispute, even if we were unable to provide a resolution.
Exchanges and Warranty Claims on Neo Car Audio Inc. products:
If you feel the adapter has stopped working or isn't working after installation, please contact tech support for help. If it can't be remedied, our support team will direct you to the proper course of action: If purchased from Neo Car Audio direct, you will be issued you an Exchange RMA so that the product can be swapped out. You must be within your warranty period for the item. All products must be sent to Neo first so that it can be fixed, if it can't be fixed a replacement product will be issued. You must produce proof of purchase/original receipt (copy) to verify warranty. If purchased from a Neo Car Audio Dealer, you will need to contact the place it was purchased and arrange for it to be swapped out. Neo Car Audio may choose to directly handle the exchange, but proof of purchase/original receipt (copy) MUST be produced to verify warranty. NO claims will be handled if warranty can't be verifed.
Returns and Exchanges on Neo Car Audio Inc. products:
All of our products come with a 30-day return policy. To return an item you MUST contact our Customer Service dept within 30 days of the purchase date and obtain a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number. You will then receive an email with the proper steps to follow. Do NOT send back any products without first getting an RMA. Neo Car Audio Inc. cannot and will not accept packages without an RMA number. The RMA must be clearly marked on the outside of the package. The product must be received by us, in original condition, within ten (10) business-working days of the RMA issue date; it will expire and no longer be valid if not received within that time frame. Once received, we will refund the product purchase price, less shipping and a fifteen percent restocking fee. There will be no refund on shipping charges. Neo Car Audio is in no way liable for any installation or removal costs for any reason. All expenses are to be paid by the end user. No exceptions. A refund will ONLY be issued if the product parts are: 1) in original condition, 2) resalable condition (unless deemed defective or bad by a Neo rep), 3) all parts are included, if anything is missing the parts price will be taken out of the refund (parts price is to be determined by Neo personnel) Shipping the product: You must insure the package and use a carrier service with a tracking number. Please provide us with return information when available. Refunds should appear typically within 2-3 billing cycles on your credit card statement. Returns sent via COD or without an RMA on the box will be rejected and returned to you at your expense. Returning a product without an RMA waives our responsibility of having to issue a refund, even if proof of delivery is available. Without an RMA number, we are unable to match up your order with the return; which consequently leads to you losing both the product and any refund. Once again, do NOT send back any products without first getting an RMA. Items purchased over 30 days are NOT returnable. Regardless of circumstances, Neo Car Audio Inc. feels this is adequate time to verify that it works/fits/etc with your radio or vehicle. Special orders, group buys, or closeout/clearance items are NOT returnable.
We stock over 4,000 vehicle specific cables and over 500 vehicle specific adapters from our different factories world wide. We try to standardize the ordering process by calling most iPod adapters "Neo ProLink" with several different versions and most video adapters "Neo Nav". Neo Products vary in color, shape, and size. Once installed the Neo adapter is hidden behind the radio and is not seen when used. Product design and specifications are subject to change without notice, this includes the iPod CABLE, adapter BOX, etc. Neo does not guarantee the accuracy of the retail product picture - changes are made without notice to our dealers/customers. Neo uses several cases for its adapters, yet ONE common retail picture may be used. Neo adapters will always have the same great features regardless of packaging. Some vehicles support additional features not listed on the website - please consider it a free upgrade. Please call us if you require more specific information regarding the specific adapter available for your vehicle.
Non-Neo Car Audio products or services:
Neo Car Audio Inc. contracts with many companies to offer a complete range of products for its customers. Neo sells and distributes products for many companies. For products sold or distributed by Neo but manufactured or bearing another companies name, Neo Car Audio is the reseller/distributor. Products may be shipped from other locations and arrive separately. If you fail to receive any item from your order, please contact our Customer Service Dept. If it arrives damaged, please contact the shipping company directly. After the 30-day purchase period, all warranty claims must go through the manufacturer of the product, your warranty is with the manufacturer.
